Kakobuy QC finder
Kakobuy QC finder for any listing: paste a Kakobuy product link, or one from any other agent, or a raw Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link. The finder unwraps it to the seller's listing and shows the real photos other buyers received: the item, the stitching, the box, often on a measuring mat. Free, instant, no account.
Works with Kakobuy links and every other agent's: Kakobuy, Sugargoo, Hoobuy, Superbuy, Mulebuy, links from older spreadsheets, plus raw Taobao, Weidian and 1688 links.
- 1

Three things to know
- Whatever the finder shows, Kakobuy photographs the item you actually bought before it leaves China.
- Photos belong to the seller's listing, so pictures from another agent's warehouse apply to a Kakobuy order too.
- The finder takes a Kakobuy link or any other link to the same listing and shows its QC photos on record.
What Kakobuy QC photos show you
Kakobuy links wrap the marketplace link inside them (item/details?url= followed by the listing), so the finder unwraps a Kakobuy link in one step. Paste one, or the short link from the Kakobuy app, opened once in a browser, and see what other buyers received. It runs in any phone or desktop browser: no app to install and no extension.
When an order reaches the warehouse, staff photograph the item before it is shipped abroad: that is a QC photo. Kakobuy does it for your order; the finder shows you the photos taken for earlier buyers of the same listing, before you spend a cent.
It does not matter which agent took a photo: the item came from the same seller and the same listing, so it is just as useful for a Kakobuy order. On this spreadsheet 1667 finds already have photos on record; they are marked QC on every listing page.
Every agent link wraps a listing on a Chinese marketplace like Taobao or Weidian, and that listing is what the photos are matched to.
What Kakobuy includes
- Kakobuy inspects each item when it arrives and photographs it for you; if it finds a problem it tells you and helps sort it out with the seller.
- Kakobuy stores your items free for 100 days from when they arrive at its warehouse.
- Eligible items carry a 5-day return or exchange guarantee from the seller, counted from when they reach the warehouse.

How to read a QC photo
When not to reject
Creasing from packing, lighting that makes a colour look warm or cool, a bit of lint: a photo exaggerates all of these. If you are unsure, ask for another photo; that is a normal request.
The print or logo
Compare proportions and letter spacing against a photo of the genuine item, not against the seller's listing; listing photos are often lifted from the real product.
Look at colour in daylight shots
Warehouse lighting runs cool or warm. When a photo was taken near a window, trust that one for colour and use the rest for construction.
Check the box and the extras
Boxes, dust bags, spare laces and tags are part of what you are paying for. If they matter to you, check they are in the photos; sellers leave them out more often than you'd think.
Hardware and tags
Zip pulls, buttons, rivets, care labels and the fonts on tags are cheap for a good factory to get right, which is exactly why a rushed one gives itself away there.
What to check, item by item
| Item | What to check in the photos |
|---|---|
| Bags and accessories | Hardware weight and engraving, edge paint, the lining pattern. |
| Shoes | Midsole glue lines, toe-box shape, heel-tab stitching, how sharp the insole print is. |
| Clothing | Print alignment and texture, tag fonts, hem stitching, colour against the listing. |
| Sizing | Ask for a measurement photo if you are between sizes; the letter on the tag means little. |

Kakobuy QC finder: questions
Why are there no QC photos for my link?
Either nobody has ordered that exact listing yet, or no one's photos have reached a public database. It is not a sign the seller is bad, and it does not affect the photos Kakobuy takes of your own order.
Does Kakobuy have QC photos?
Yes. Kakobuy photographs your items when they reach its warehouse in China, and you see those photos in your account before you pay for international shipping. This page shows the photos other buyers already got for the same listing, so you can check an item before you order it.
What is Kakobuy?
Kakobuy is a shopping agent: you give it a link from Taobao, Weidian or 1688, it buys the item from the Chinese seller, photographs it at its warehouse and ships your items abroad together in one parcel.
Do QC photos from other agents apply to Kakobuy?
Yes. QC photos belong to the seller's listing, not to the agent that took them, so a photo taken for someone who ordered through a different agent shows what the same seller ships to a Kakobuy buyer.
How do I see QC photos in my Kakobuy account?
Wait until the order has reached Kakobuy's warehouse, then open your Kakobuy account and go to that order (or your warehouse items): the QC photos are shown on the item. Check them, then approve it or ask for an exchange or return while it is still in China.
What are QC photos?
QC stands for quality check. When an order reaches an agent's warehouse in China, staff photograph the actual item (stitching, tags, soles, hardware, often on a measuring mat) before anything ships internationally. You approve or reject it from those photos.
Is the QC finder free?
Yes: no account, no signup, no limit for normal use. The site earns a commission only if you sign up to Kakobuy or order through its links.
Is this QC finder for Kakobuy links only?
Yes. Links from other agents, and raw Taobao, Weidian or 1688 links, are unwrapped to the seller's listing exactly like a Kakobuy link.
Can I reject an item after QC?
The time to reject is at the warehouse, before international shipping, while the item is still in China and an exchange or refund with the seller is possible. Check Kakobuy's own return rules for the details.
How do I find QC photos for a Kakobuy item?
Copy the item's link from Kakobuy (or from any other agent, or straight from Taobao, Weidian or 1688) and paste it into the finder at the top of this page. It unwraps the link to the seller's listing and shows the QC photos other buyers received, grouped by date, newest first.
Does this work as a Kakobuy QC checker?
It works as one: paste any Kakobuy link, another agent's link or a raw Weidian, Taobao or 1688 link, and you see the photos other buyers got of that listing. Your own item's photos come from Kakobuy after you order.
Do I still get QC photos from Kakobuy if I use this?
Yes. Kakobuy takes photos of your own order once it reaches the warehouse. The photos here come earlier: they are what other buyers got from the same listing, before you spend anything.
